Before we begin our reconditioning process a CarFax report is generated. If the CarFax report indicates any issues the vehicle is rejected. The vehicle then undergoes a rigorous inspection by a Mercedes-Benz trained and certified technician, and is brought up to our standards.
CarFax has been supplying the most comprehensive and trusted vehicle history report for 25 years. The report is based
on over 20,000 data sources and identifies any potential issues with a vehicle. The report identifies flood damage, odometer discrepancies, frame damage, a rebuilt salvage title, and a branded title (lemon law).
Every used vehicle offered for sale by Mercedes-Benz of Portland or Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville has a current CarFax report. You will not find a vehicle with issues identified by CarFax at either location.
Simply put - if a vehicle appears to have issues, we won't keep it.
